Little Kings (Reprise)
Well, another year’s gone by and still, no justice against the 911 perpetrators.. Looking back at what I wrote on this same day last year, it all still holds very true. Maybe I’d add CFR members Keene & Hamilton, cause their 911 Commission Report should either fall under the category of criminal negligence or “aiding & abetting.”

“I’m so afraid for my country. There’s an ill wind blowing no good”
As I was wandering about yesterday, an old song was playing in my head. I’m not sure why, and honestly, I had never really considered the lyrics. The song was written in 1998, by Paul Kelly, an Australian, but as yesterday approached today, the 5 year anniversary of 09/11/01, it became clear to me, that the song’s random resurfacing wasn’t all so random. Here we are five years later, and those responsible for 9/11 “are getting away with murder.”
While watching the Sopranos one day, a friend had asked me “How could they [the murderers] do that? How could they go to the funerals of their victims and hug their families?” Well, in New York City today, you’ll see plenty of murderers laying wreaths at the sight where their own victims died, and they’ll smile for the cameras, make speeches about “finding the real killers” and get only positive press for it.
Enough evidence has already surfaced to let us know who a lot of these criminals are (many of whom have profited immensely from their actions): Dick Cheney, Rudy Giuliani, Donald Rumsfeld, Marvin Bush, A.B. “Buzzy” Krongard (AB Brown/CIA), Larry Silverstein, Maurice “Hank” Greenberg (AIG/CFR), Michael Maltbie (FBI), David Frasca (FBI), Jerome Hauer (Kroll), David Beamer, Dov Zakheim (Pentagon/Mossad), Melek Can Dickerson (FBI), George Tenet (CIA), Michael Chertoff (DHS), Christine Todd Whitman (EPA). One day, hopefully, the rest of us, will stop killing innocent brown people in far away places, and prosecute these “Little Kings” and all their co-conspirators.
For those curious, here’s the full lyrics from the song:
I’m so afraid for my country
There’s an ill wind blowing no good
So many lies in the name of history
They want to improve my neighbourhood I’m so worried about my brother
He just gets sadder every day
We gotta take care of each other
Or else we’re gonna have to pay
In the land of the little kings
There’s a price on everything
And everywhere the little kings
Are getting away with murder
I was born in a lucky country
Every day I hear the warning bells
They’re so busy building palaces
They don’t see the poison in the wells
In the land of the little kings
Profit is the only thing
And everywhere the little kings
Are getting away with murder
In the land of the little kings
Justice don’t mean a thing
And everywhere the little kings
Are getting away with murder
